    * Growth due to: Members' participation to meetings + pro-activity from leadership teams + members with active chair positions

    *  Encourage new members to be part of chair positions + lead teams as you get more exposure right away, good for business

    *  Active participation in bi-annual Leadership Team orientations + "6 weeks to Success" Regional conference calls for chair positions

    *  Re-emphasized the importance of the E-vite as a way to ADVERTISE/PROMOTE our business - Visitors are reading it!  

    *  Follow up w/ VISITORS is key ~ Reg. Dir. of Development, Cathy Geary is sending out follow up letter from Asst. Dir. reports weekly to         all visitors

Has supported the Regional Office or Executive Director in an exceptional way
